CHARCOAL ASH TONER
CHARCOAL ASH TONER FOR BLONDE - GREY EFFECTS
Formulated to tone blonde, bleached or lightened hair, producing a gradual, well-balanced result. Ideal for obtaining different ash blonde shades and neutralising unwanted yellow tones. Mixing ratio: toner 1:2 Echosline oxidizing emulsion.
Usage:
Use: mix the required amount ofcolour with oxidizing emulsion 7 or 10 vol. in a non-metal container until it has a creamy consistency. Indicative development time: 5 - 20 min. Once development time is over, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water and apply specific Echosline post-colour products.
